Each week Paderno will bring you a special recipe
designed for your Paderno Cookware that is sure to
become a family favourite in your home. The recipes
will be provided by Chef Allan Williams, an instructor
from the Culinary Institute of Canada. If you have

Ingredients (4 Portions):
2 each Ripe Avocados (Washed)
1 cup Cooked Chicken
1 each Ripe Roma Tomato (Diced)
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Chives, and/or Cilantro)
¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
to taste Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Method:
Cut each avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pits.
Mix the chicken, tomato, mayo, and herbs in a Paderno Mixing Bowl.
Season with salt and fresh ground black pepper.
Place avocado halves on a Paderno Baking Sheet (flat side up) and place ¼ of the mixture on each of the avocado halves.
Sprinkle with cheese and Broil on High for 8 to 10 minutes.
